Effective date: 17 September 2026
ManageAll Plus is a clinic-management application provided by AARAMA VENTURES LLP. This Privacy Policy explains how ManageAll Plus accesses, collects, uses, stores, protects and shares information.
1. Information we process
Depending on the features used by an authorised clinic, ManageAll Plus may process:
- Account and contact information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, roles and authentication information.
- Clinic, doctor, staff and practice information.
- Patient identity, contact, appointment and demographic information.
- Health and dental information, including medical history, allergies, prescriptions, treatment plans, clinical notes, scans, images, reports and related records entered by authorised users.
- Billing, invoice, payment-status and transaction information. ManageAll Plus does not store complete payment-card credentials unless expressly stated during use of a payment service.
- Files, photographs, scans, audio or voice information that users choose to upload or record when using relevant features.
- Technical and security information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, error logs and activity records.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide clinic-management functions, manage accounts, schedule appointments, maintain authorised clinical records, generate prescriptions and invoices, provide support, secure the service, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Clinic responsibilities
Clinics using ManageAll Plus generally control the patient and clinical information entered into the service. Clinics are responsible for obtaining required permissions and using patient information lawfully. Patients should contact their clinic regarding clinic-managed records.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal or sensitive information. Information may be shared only with authorised clinic users, service providers that support hosting, communications, security or application operation, or when required by applicable law. Service providers may process information only for authorised purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, authentication, restricted permissions and encrypted HTTPS transmission. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Data retention and deletion
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legitimate security, backup, contractual and legal obligations. Authorised account holders may request account and associated-data deletion by contacting us. Certain records may be retained where required by healthcare, taxation, fraud-prevention or other applicable laws. Remaining backup copies are removed through normal backup-retention cycles.
7. User choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and clinic responsibilities, users may request access, correction or deletion of their personal information. Requests can be sent to the email address below. We may verify the requester's identity and authority before acting.
8. Children's privacy
ManageAll Plus is intended for use by authorised healthcare and clinic personnel and is not directed to children for independent account creation. Clinics may process a minor patient's records where permitted and authorised by law.
9. Third-party services
ManageAll Plus may use infrastructure or communication providers required to operate the service. Their processing is limited to providing those services and is subject to their applicable terms and privacy safeguards.
10. Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will be shown on this page.
